Geo Team Building takes place in the field –
preferablyin a forest, by a lake/river or in a less built-
-up city/village area. Our game is a sequence of mutually
connected logic and skill games, which require creativity,
effective teamwork as well as cooperation between the teams! If one team is not committed enough, the whole group can’tmove on to the next stage.
In order to start the game it is necessary to use a compass, map pieces and a metal detector to find keys to the casket that contains further instructions. From this moment on, Participants start to move in a few smaller teams and receive directions from GPS devices, short-wave transmitters, maps, letters…
Each group will encounter a few animators, who will give them additional tasks, that is shooting airguns and slingshots, walking on stilts or doing rope activities.
The game can be modified or supplemented with slogans or names characteristic of a given Company. Its character can also be connected with activities planned for later hours.
